Job Responsibilities:
Accounting 1.Manage the monthly Balance sheet reconciliation with shared service team. 2.Manage Intercompany billings, allocation, and collections. 3.Conducting Month end closing processes & making sure all required entries are posted. 4.Manage Fixed assists account and the monthly depreciation run. 5.Engagement with the external auditors to ensure smooth flow of information to prepare accurate financial statements. 6-Oversee the issuance, renewal and tracking suppliers LG to secure contractual agreements and mitigate financial risks. 7- SAP experience is mandatory.
Tax
1-Ensuring the timely filling of monthly VAT returns. 2-Reviewing form 11 & form 41 preparation and ensuring payment on time to the tax authorities. 3-Co-ordination and working with the tax consultants. 4- Leading the tax inspections with the tax authorities in coordination with the local tax consultants. 5- prepare the Cash tax out Forecast and comparing it with the monthly actual figures.
