Updating the financial data in a timely manner and ensure that information is accurate.
Invoicing, updating manual payments, maintain auto rebill payments.
Managing customer accounts, reconciling accounts receivable ledger accounts.
Coordinating with the operations team for payments
Check and process VAT on sales and purchase invoices using the ERP system to ensure all Business transactions are recorded correctly
Reconcile Suppliers and Customers’ balances and Contact clients and explain their companies’ financial situation.
Respond to client’s inquiries.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
Minimum 4 years of experience, with relevant AR experience.
Excellent English fluency level is a must.
ERP experience is a must.
Accounting certificates (CMA, FVMA, IFRS, is a plus).
