- Run the process for Account Opening, account maintenance and account closure related formalities for Mashreq Matrix unit.
- Make sure to meet SLA, KPI on regular basis in the process.
- Verify the requests which will be submitted by Maker and ensure to meet 100% quality.
- Verify client documentations to ensure the customer is complying with the internal KYC policies, Compliance and Regulatory Requirements.
- SME to ensure co-ordinating with the Relationship Teams to ensure the business requirements are met.
- All the client queries will be responded / actioned on real time basis.

- Exercise due diligence in checking all the documentation related to MMU SOPs
- Ensure prompt processing and checking of transactions
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders until service activation.
- Provide advice and consultation to the Stakeholders with respect to MMU Account Opening and Account Maintenance activities.
- Responsible in respect to development, enhancement, defining functional requirements, testing and implementation. Become first point of contact for the users for resolving problems related to these systems.
- Ensure all procedures that are developed comply with Bank Policy and Guidelines.
- Review customer complaints and take immediate action to satisfy them.
- Ensure MBOs achieved on time.
- Candidate must have 3-4 years of experience in Account opening / Account Maintenance related process for the corporate client.
