Job Description
Senior HR Benefits Analyst
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Solenis is currently looking for HR Benefits Analyst in Cairo, Egypt. This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to continue their career in Total Rewards Area. You will be a part of an established MEA Benefits team. Reporting to Global HR Operations Manager, you will be supporting the management and implementation of the company's benefits strategy.
We are looking for person who constantly looking for improvements, standardization, and simplification. High oriented on internal customers and provide solution to establish same employee experience within the MEA region.
You will be responsible for maintaining a range of benefit programs in designated countries in MEA region.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working with Global Total Rewards Team on various wellbeing projects (Employee Assistance Program)
- Reviewing and adjusting company global recognition program
- Creating and implementing benefits in MEA region
- Negotiating of new conditions of renewals, looking for new solutions, integrating in global strategy
- Active participation in benefits process standardization and process improvement
- Direct cooperation with benefits providers and brokers with respect to contract provisions, group and individual cases, following consequences of new local laws, designing solutions for non-standard cases
- Participation in compensation and benefits strategy meetings by giving recommendation, reviewing local and international reports
- Responding employees’ questions via ticketing system
- Benefits invoicing processes, finance reconciliation, cooperation with other HR functions, preparing input for Payroll, preparing Payroll reports
Skills & experience
- Fluency in Arabic (A2), English (min. C1 level)
- High skills in MS Excel
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor’s degree)
- Flexible and ability to work under pressure to meet the project needs and deadlines
- Problem solver and innovative thinker with passion for data integrity, process definition, thinking outside of the box and continuous learning and improvement
- Team player and great communicator with a high sense of accountability and responsibility
