We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to optimize our digital acquisition efforts across paid channels. You will play a key role in scaling our customer base, improving ROI, and driving measurable growth through performance marketing campaigns.
This role requires deep expertise in paid media platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic networks. - Optimization & Scaling:
Continuously optimize campaigns for conversions, cost-efficiency, and scalability using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration. - Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and produce regular performance reports to inform strategy and stakeholder decisions. - Budget Management:
Own and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, design, and data teams to align messaging, landing pages, and user journeys with campaign goals. - Tool & Tech Stack:
Utilize marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms to track and measure performance. - Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2C or fintech/e-commerce domains.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns with strong ROI.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and multi-touch tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies is a plus.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a bonus.
