Job Purpose
Manage & coordinate with all stakeholders for all internal/external events (Etisalat sponsor, Board meetings, Strategy meetings, concerts, Fairs…etc.)

§ Manage & Lead Technical teams (RF, Capacity, transmission, Core, deployment & Operation) needed actions and cross functional activities to ensure superior network performance during events.
§ Develop Post assessment reports for the events to assess network status, customer behavior during events through utilizing current network reporting tools (Arieso, Anritsu, Smart Care) and come up with conclusions & recommendations to direct planning teams for better network dimensioning in all upcoming events.
Build & Develop Data Mining & Business Analysis Engine to increase network operational efficiency and direct network investment toward profitable investment
Develop & issue regular business analysis that direct Technical sub-departments towards profitable investment and smart spending in line with budget constraints such as Profitability Analysis (ROI), Network sites prioritization…etc.
Build “Network Big Data Analysis Engine” to innovate new ideas/tools through maximizing the use of network data generated from all nodes and correlate it with customer data to increase planning & operational efficiencies, enhance customer experience and develop required business analysis that support in decision making process.
Integrate all network nodes performance KPIs/parameters to build up data mining Engine inside customer experience.
Developing complex analysis reports, insights and tools based on customer and network data performance in coordination with IT team and troubleshooting quality problems.
