Duties & Responsibilities:
- The development and issue of all procedural documentation, including schedules, test sheets, check lists, etc., required for the project.
- The development of a MC/commissioning plan that identifies key milestone dates and links all construction mechanical completion packs.
- To report on the overall performance tracking and identify potential risk areas.
- To manage the Commissioning Contractors, Operators and the PMT and provide support as required.
- Approve all completion and test certificates in accordance with Project agreements.
- Provide input into the Start-up and Operations manuals.
- Ensure that all Project close-out and hand-over documentation is complete.
- Manage the mechanical completion and commissioning database.
- Responsible for onsite vendor liaison call out.
- Approve all construction hold points and completion and test certificates in accordance with Project agreements
- Ensure that all Project close-out and hand-over documentation is complete
- Manage site logistics
- Develop and Monitor the on-site Materials management System
- Develop and Monitor the on-site Document management System
Qualifications:
- The Site Manager is the Project Owner of the following plans, procedures and documents.
- Project Mechanical Completion Manual.
- Project Commissioning Manual.
- Project Hand over to Operations Procedure.
- Project Vendor Call Out Procedure.
- Project Site Preservation Procedure.
- Electrical Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 - 10 Years of Experience.
