The Opportunity:
As the Specialist, Sales you will be reporting directly to the Sales Lead and be responsible for regional sales achievement across Mohandeseen whilst managing the Urology portfolio.

Key Activities for this role:
Conduct pharmaceutical sales for the company and meet the sales targets.
Increase brand awareness and build a relationship with prospective and existing customers.
Ensure that proper advertising and marketing are done through the medical product sales.
Meet pharmaceutical sales targets, negotiate contracts, review pharmaceutical sales job performance, and draft reports on the same.
Manage customer interactions in line with regional planning to ensure high impact sales calls.
Maintain superior product and disease knowledge.
Collaborate with cross functional teams when required.
Conduct all activities in an ethical and compliant manner.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:
Proven experience within pharmaceutical sales having worked with a global pharmaceutical organization in Egypt.
Good written & verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM & Veeva systems.
Strong negotiation and organization skills.
Collaborative & Proactive in nature.
Must have own car.

Preferred Experience:
Knowledge and experience in Urology would be highly desirable.
Ability to work independently.

Education:
Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent.

Additional information:
This is a permanent, full time position.
Candidates should be based in Cairo, Egypt.
This position is field based in Cairo, Egypt with frequent travel across the territory. Flexibility may be required in line with business need.
