Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all company warehouses: raw materials warehouse, finished product warehouse, packaging materials warehouse, spare parts warehouse, fuel and oil warehouse.
- Physically receiving all materials belonging to Prod.
- Raise timely /daily system updates for materials in/out.
- Maintains inventory and coordinates freight shipments and document preparation.
- Reviews purchase orders upon receiving materials and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Performs physical inventories and cycle counts, and orders materials and supplies as needed.
- Reconciles inventory discrepancies and updates the inventory system when necessary.
- May assist with identifying improvement opportunities across the site, including in the inventory and counting processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ensure to label all the materials in the warehouse.
- Organize stores and update warehouse layout.
- Follow FIFO and FEFO during receiving and issuing materials.
- Issue daily /weekly reports for the stock movement, steel, FIFO, and S LOB.
- Follow up on steel scrap.
- Keep all records.
Education and Experience
- BA degree
- 2 to 4 years of warehouse experience in an industrial company
Knowledge and Skills
Good customer service skills.
- Excellent knowledge of handling a warehouse for an industrial company
- Very good in the English language
- Very good knowledge and experience in using ERP warehouse management systems
- Very good at MS Office.
