Role Objectives The Supply & Demand Lead is responsible for leading a team of Supply Operations Coordinators and S&D planners, developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing replenishment cycles, and analyzing forecasting data for continuous improvement are key responsibilities of this role. 
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Supply Operations Planners and junior S&D planners, fostering skill development and ownership. 
• Implement strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels across fulfillment points, warehouses, and production facilities, focusing on operational excellence. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively address inventory-related challenges and identify opportunities for efficiency. 
• Oversee medium- and long-term forecasts, analyze seasonal trends, and conduct root cause analysis for forecast bias, providing actionable insights. 
• Manage replenishment cycles and ensure seamless stock deployment to fulfillment points, supporting supply continuity.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives and contribute to developing action plans that align with broader strategic goals.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Procurement, or Logistics.
• Proven ability to lead, and develop teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. 
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the capability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools; advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and Odoo Knowledge is a plus. 
• Experience in developing and implementing inventory optimization strategies that align with business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
