Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Supply Operations Planners and junior S&D planners, fostering skill development and ownership.
- Implement strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels across fulfillment points, warehouses, and production facilities, focusing on operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively address inventory-related challenges and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Oversee medium- and long-term forecasts, analyze seasonal trends, and conduct root cause analysis for forecast bias, providing actionable insights.
- Manage replenishment cycles and ensure seamless stock deployment to fulfillment points, supporting supply continuity.
- Support inventory optimization initiatives and contribute to developing action plans that align with broader strategic goals.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Procurement, or Logistics.
- Proven ability to lead, and develop teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the capability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools; advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and Odoo Knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in developing and implementing inventory optimization strategies that align with business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
