Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to forecast talent needs based on business goals.
- Build and execute scalable recruitment strategies for permanent, temporary, and project-based hiring needs.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in talent acquisition processes.
- Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcing specialists.
- Allocate requisitions and monitor individual and team performance against KPIs.
- Provide coaching and implement continuous training programs to improve recruitment capability.
- Recruitment Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Ensure consistent and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently.
- Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights and market intelligence.
- Train and guide interviewers on structured hiring, unconscious bias, and behavioral interviewing.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, finance, and legal to ensure alignment on hiring headcount and compliance.
- Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent (e.g., social campaigns, careers site, partnerships).
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and university outreach programs.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and propose process optimizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Proven success in scaling recruitment operations, especially in high-growth or multi-site environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, or talent acquisition in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Familiarity with recruitment compliance and labor laws based on location (e.g., GDPR, EEO, local employment acts).
