We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and play a key role in attracting top talent. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across various departments and levels.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and coordinate panel interviews.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate data in SAP SuccessFactors and other tracking tools.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and maintain employer branding standards.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for future staffing needs.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS platforms (preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
