- Handle the deals with the 3rd party companies for teams’ international security SOS and medical insurance (if needed)
- Approve team’s mobilization, airline tickets. Coordinate the expense/cost with finance team
- Manage a list of engineers travelling abroad: durations, VISA type,
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business, or a relevant field
• 1+ years of visa-issuing experience
• Proven working experience with visas and work permits is a must
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively
• Ability to handle crises
• Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred
