Job Description
Manage and oversee vendor issue resolution processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Act as a communication bridge between customer operations and vendors to efficiently resolve escalations.
Monitor, track, and analyze claims data to detect trends and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance vendor performance and relationship management.
Generate and deliver regular reports and updates on issue status and resolution timelines to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in operations, customer service, vendor management, or a similar role.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
