What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales operation. Your role is to connect with potential customers and qualify leads for our Inside Sales team. You will:
- Make outbound calls using our power dialer.
- Understand customer needs and determine fit.
- Transfer qualified leads to closers and document interactions in our CRM.
- Work with your team to refine call scripts and improve strategy.
- Attend daily meetings and participate in ongoing sales training.

Requirements
What You Need to Join the Team
- Strong English proficiency (C1 or C2 level).
- High-speed internet and a quiet work environment.
- Full-time availability (40–50 hours per week).
- A great attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
- Sales or call experience is helpful, but not required — we train from the ground up.
