Are you passionate about managing dynamic client portfolios, growing accounts, and ensuring project success?
Metas Research Studio is looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to join our creative tech-driven team.
Your Role:
As an Account Manager at Metas, you'll play a dual-track role:
Track 1: Project Portfolio Management
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and team alignment.
- Prepare weekly status reports for ongoing projects.
Track 2: Account Growth & Development
- Generate qualified leads and close new deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams.
- Track KPIs, client satisfaction, and account expansion goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in tech, marketing, or creative industries.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools .
