We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team on a one-year temporary contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting the monthly financial closing process. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily payments, tax portal activities, and e-invoice archiving.
- Following up on daily collections and maintaining communication with customers.
- Performing daily accounting postings and assisting in the monthly financial closing process.
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaising and maintaining effective communication with banks.
- Performing any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
