2. Implement all modifications requests on customer accounts & ensure accurate and effective implementation according to Bank's policies and procedures.
3. Implement standing instructions for customers according to the Bank's policies and procedures.
4. Implementation of self-services requests (Online Banking, Corpay, and Debit Cards Re-issuance) according to Bank's policies and procedures.
5. Implement checkbooks process (issuing & cancelation), Ensure that check books are printed correctly in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
6. Receive emails from legal sector regarding block & reserve requests and take the necessary action according to the approved Bank's policies and procedures
7. Prepare a letter notifying customers whose accounts have been blocked due to legal reservation.
