Requirements and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal AI agents (Slack, Teams, etc.) that support knowledge retrieval, ticket triage, CRM updates, and document automation
- Integrate large language models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) into business tools to power prompts, summaries, recommendations, and decision support
- Own the internal agent framework—from prototype to production—including prompt engineering, API orchestration, and security
- Build lightweight APIs and middleware to connect internal systems (Onedrive, Salesforce, Office 365, Freshservice, Slack etc..)
- Support AI-assisted workflows
- Collaborate with Ops, Sales, and Support to identify high-friction tasks suitable for automation
- Partner with the CTO to evolve our AI strategy as we scale
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with one or more AI platforms examples: OpenAI API, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI
- Familiarity with scripting languages: Python (preferred), JavaScript (Node.js), or similar
- Experience integrating with enterprise APIs: Salesforce, Microsoft Graph, Onedrive, Slack, Freshservice
- Practical knowledge of tools like Zapier, Make.com, or Airplane.dev for low-code workflows
- Experience with Slack apps, bots, or workflows using Slack Bolt SDK
- Comfortable with REST APIs, OAuth2, and basic backend logic
