The Role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Director-level Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic oversight and leadership across multiple project teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role serves as a key liaison between senior leadership and project teams, facilitating communication and alignment. We are seeking someone with a strong technical background, proven project management experience, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HOD in business development activities.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects or programs.
- Oversee multiple project managers and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and standards.
- Monitor project progress, manage risk, and provide regular updates to Head of Department.
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning across projects.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive change initiatives.
- Mentor and develop project management staff, promoting best practices and professional growth.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/architecture engineering.
- PMP or other project management certification strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in project management, including leadership of project teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
