We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of ATM Operations Officer, Cash Utilities, IWPB Ops - GSC Egypt.
Principal responsibilities:
- Perform daily settlement of ATMs.
- Place cash orders for ATMs serviced by the third party vendor.
- Reviewing the cash-out and verifying the accurate cash forecast.
- Process and balance daily ATMs cash flow reports, aiming to minimize bank loss exposure.
- Posting entries to general ledger and handling customer disputes.
- Treasury balancing. Requesting the needed cash from the treasury.
- Provide extensive support to branches with ATM Retained cards / cash issues.
- Daily Review and work on various Retained card reports. Allocating tasks among team members.
- Ability to speak and understand English fluently, write business letters and reports, and have good conversational.
- Medium-high MS office knowledge/skills (especially Excel).
- Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.to maintain focus while working with voluminous data.
- Fast learner and have a “can do” approach.
- Strong communication skills. Strong Customer Orientation and passionate about delivering superior customer service
- Needs to be adept and flexible to rapidly changing business, internal scenarios and unexpected events.
- Demonstrate high energy; be PRO-ACTIVE, extremely positive and a highly effective problem solver,
- Ability to take complete ownership and facilitate end to end customer journey
