We are hiring a B2B Account Manager (Oil & Lubricants) to own key industrial and commercial accounts and drive profitable growth. You will build and deepen relationships with purchasing, maintenance, and operations stakeholders, convert pipeline opportunities, and lead contract negotiations.
Your work will expand share of wallet, improve margin and forecast accuracy, and ensure customers get the right product and service for each application.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across industrial, automotive, and commercial segments.
- Build account plans, set revenue/margin targets, and deliver quarterly forecasts.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, run RFQs/RFPs, present technical solutions, and close.
- Consult on lubricant selection, application, and changeover plans in collaboration with technical teams.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and multi-year agreements while protecting margin and payment terms.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure availability, delivery schedules, and inventory health.
- Track pipeline and activities in a CRM; report KPIs and customer insights to leadership.
- Resolve escalations, manage trials and approvals, and ensure compliance with HSE and OEM specs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of B2B account management or technical sales in oil & lubricants, industrial chemicals, or related.
- Strong working knowledge of lubricants, base oils, additives, viscosity grades, and tribology fundamentals.
- Proven success running tenders and negotiating contracts with procurement and operations stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset; able to build forecasts, price proposals, and ROI/total cost of ownership cases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with site visits and frequent travel as needed.
