Job Summary:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to promote tires, batteries, filters, and oils for Commercial trucks.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales deals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and fleet managers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right tires, batteries, filters, and oils to optimize their fleet performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions to secure profitable deals.
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and revenue targets.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, warehouse, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive parts, fleet services, or trucking industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
