Drive, manages and track the branch performance toward achieving business plan, sales target and high level of service quality
Achieve volume and revenue goals through focusing on to attract new business acquisitions by marketing and cross selling the bank’s services and products.
Conduct joint sales calls with different branch staff to meet current/prospect key customers with the purpose of marketing a wide range of bank’s products, cross selling and deepening the relationship with those key customers
Ensure that all counter cash/operations transactions are accurately handled as well as the trade and non-trade finance transactions in accordance with the set standard operating procedures.
Monitor the Branch effectiveness of the security and control systems, implementation of service quality initiatives according to set targets, and the deployment of operational controls to ensure full adherence to policies and procedures, compliance regulations and audit requirements.
Analyze local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities in addition to providing constant feedback to the products team on the market practices and customer preferences to ensure that EG-Bank provides the best product offering.
