Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with over 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite SCM processes and be able to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end SCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support Oracle SCM modules such as: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing / BOM / WIP, Planning (ASCP / Fusion Planning), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and design solutions.
Configure Oracle SCM applications based on business needs.
Create functional specifications for reports, integrations, and enhancements.
Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, interfaces, and customizations.
Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing with stakeholders.
Provide training and documentation for end users.
Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues.
Stay up-to-date with Oracle SCM Cloud updates and new features.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle SCM (EBS or Cloud).
Strong functional knowledge in at least 2–3 SCM modules.
Experience in full lifecycle implementations and post-production support.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Knowledge of SQL and Oracle BI tools is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Oracle certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
