You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that projects run smoothly and deliver measurable value. Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for developers.
- Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support decision-making.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, operations). Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (2+ years preferred).
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Preferred Skills
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or e-learning platforms.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Basic SQL or data analysis background.

Pay: E£6,000.00 - E£16,000.00 per month
