Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and enter new markets.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-impact growth opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple channels and segments.
- Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations and close complex commercial deals in collaboration with legal and finance.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development KPIs and ROI to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience negotiating and closing B2B deals in a consultative sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel management and CRM systems.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable commercial strategies and solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and opportunities.
- High level of initiative, drive, and ownership in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company is highly preferred.
