Business Development Senior Manager

Join a fast-growing American technology company focused on building AI-first solutions within the healthcare and procurement industries that operates in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, and France. As they expand their operations globally, they seek a Senior Business Development Manager to lead their sales teams, define technical strategy, and scale their capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and enter new markets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-impact growth opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple channels and segments.
  • Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close complex commercial deals in collaboration with legal and finance.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development KPIs and ROI to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating and closing B2B deals in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel management and CRM systems.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable commercial strategies and solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and opportunities.
  • High level of initiative, drive, and ownership in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company is highly preferred.
