We are looking for a driven and capable Business Development Specialist to support us with identifying and pursuing new clients and penetrating new markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in-depth research on market opportunities in the US and MENA regions.
- Assist in reviewing mission-critical-related organizations and industry periodicals.
- Help analyze and prioritize existing and potential business opportunities.
- Contribute to generating quality leads and identifying new business prospects.
- Assist in researching conferences and trade shows within the industry and help identify connection opportunities and potential speaking engagements.
- Support the acquisition of relevant resources to aid in identifying new opportunities.
- Help gather and interpret market data to understand client needs, competitor activity, and potential channels.
- Assist in the development of company marketing plans and objectives, and help create strategies for engaging clients regarding new opportunities.
- Work with the digital marketing team to support the development and execution of strategies using social media tools.
- Provide coordination and support in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
- Conduct outreach efforts, including cold calling, to engage potential new clients.
- Help prepare business development materials for Decima management (e.g., presentations, brochures, etc.).
- Assist in compiling detailed reports on business opportunities, achievements, and ongoing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of business development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent
- Extensive experience in internet research
- Good understanding of current market trends
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction industry
- Experience in the US and GCC regional markets
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience using Salesforce
