Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP EAM implementations and rollouts with a focus on Plant Maintenance (PM), Inspection & Calibration. In addition to TQM practices.
- Serve as the primary functional expert for SAP EAM and QM modules, advising clients on best practices and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EAM with other modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI/CO, PS).
- Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, write functional specifications, and configure SAP solutions.
- Design preventive, corrective, condition-based, and predictive maintenance strategies using SAP tools.
- Drive data migration, interface design, and testing strategies for technical objects, maintenance plans, and work orders.
- Support S/4HANA conversion projects and contribute to clean core initiatives by leveraging Fiori apps and BTP extensibility.
- Act as a Technical Quality Manager (TQM) in Premium engagements, providing guidance on KPIs, quality gates, and risk mitigation plans.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP EAM / PM with at least 4 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes and integration with EAM.
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA (preferably S/4HANA 2020 or later).
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps for maintenance technicians and supervisors.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to SAP Asset Performance Management (APM), SAP BTP, or SAP Predictive Maintenance and Service.
- Familiarity with SAP Enable Now, Solution Manager, or SAP Cloud ALM.
- Certification in SAP PM/EAM or related S/4HANA certifications.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Pharma, Utilities, Oil & Gas) is a plus.
