Effectively plan, implement and manage operational infrastructure, processes and policies with respect to payment card transaction risk mitigation, fraud exposure control, financial settlement, chargeback, dispute resolution, merchant settlement and all aspects of card production & delivery, merchant helpdesk and POS support services.Implementing & Managing settlements & accounting cycle with various payment networks like Visa MasterCard & EBC switch Manage, implement and deliver all Cards-related projects.
- Effectively restrain financial risk in electronic payment systems by proactive prevention policies, procedures practices.
- Avoid operation loss caused by financial disputes from MB and non MB banking customers and acquiring merchants.
- Consistent and timely review of Retail Banking systems and processes to avoid transaction risk & keep improving the preventive actions & adapt bank process
- Implement and enforce adherence to operating regulations of national and international of payment organizations in terms of Bank card business and risk / fraud control management.
- Meeting operational service quality of bank's electronic payment services (financial or non-financial).
- Tightly maintain the financial integrity of Bank card accounting systems and financial settlements and interchanges.
- Effectively manage card production and delivery in terms of controlling quality, maintaining security and inventories.
- Evaluate third parties performance & suggest tools for improvements
- Plan, coordinate and manage infrastructure requirements of electronic payment services.
- Implement changing business compliance requirements due to new technology development in the electronic payment industry.
- Watch and counter developments in application of new technologies in the electronic payment technology for business enhancement and fraud control.
- Implementation of EMV projects - issuing and acquiring with chip based loyalty.
- Facilitation of technology and other business enhancing services from in-house or third party service providers.
- Enhancing operational efficiency and cost management by identifying automation opportunities or through outsourcing solutions.
- Ensuring audit compliance, and other organizational compliances of card business operations.
- Manage technology solution implementations by developing specifications, testing of systems and ensuring risk free product roll out.
- Management of third party service providers.
- Keep on eye on other banks cards systems & operation vendors to insurer that MB have the best prices in the market which enable MB products be competitive one
- Improving customer service experience at all touch points.
- Maintaining knowledgeable Human Resources and efficient execution of all required processes thereby reducing exposure to operations loss, penalties and customer complaints.
- Enforcement of audit and organizational including CBE rules & regulations compliance in card business operating environment.
- Manage development of system specifications, user testing, project management and product & responsible for all UAT;s related cards ( systems & switches)
