· Manage and supervise all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and fixed asset management.
· Prepare and analyse accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with [IFRS].
· Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
· Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.

· Oversee the preparation and submission of all tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
· Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

· Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decisions.
· Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
· Oversee bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively.
· Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
· Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
· [Specify preferred certifications, ACCA, CMA] is highly preferred.
