We are seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our executive leadership team in Cairo and lead PetroApp’s product strategy, innovation, and global expansion efforts. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader who thrives on turning bold ideas into market-leading products.
As CPO, you will be responsible for defining, communicating, and executing PetroApp’s product vision. You will lead cross-functional teams in creating solutions that set new standards in the fuel retail and mobility sector. From concept to launch, you will ensure PetroApp’s products meet customer needs, anticipate market trends, and deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and own PetroApp’s global product vision, roadmap, and portfolio strategy.
- Drive competitive analysis, market insights, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to align product initiatives with corporate goals.
Product Innovation & Development
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization and post-launch optimization.
- Integrate customer feedback and market intelligence into all product decisions.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.
Cross-functional Partnership
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to deliver successful product launches.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements, timelines, and KPIs.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build, mentor, and scale a world-class product team with global capabilities.
- Inspire a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, creativity, and collaboration.
- Develop talent pipelines and succession planning for sustainable growth.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 20+ years of progressive product management experience, including a minimum of 8 years in a senior or executive leadership role.
- Proven track record in SaaS product management is a must, with deep expertise in B2B markets.
- Experience scaling digital platforms across multiple countries, ideally in mobility, fintech, or retail tech sectors.
