Location: Project-Based (Noarth Coast)
Department: Project Management / Construction
Reports To: Deputy Project Director / Senior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day site operations for residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on schedule, cost, and quality.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
- Manage site logistics, resource allocation, and equipment utilization.
- Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Review and approve site documentation, including method statements, inspection requests, and material submittals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and contractual obligations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong track record in residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure developments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction sites from mobilization to handover.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and local building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Preferred Attributes:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working with international consultants or joint ventures.
