As the Client Relationship Manager, you will support the sales team by ensuring seamless account management, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. You will be responsible for account activation, credit consumption management, account renewal tracking, and generating essential reports. You will also sell packages over the phone, assist in booking acquisition meetings, ensure client accounts are visited by the sales team, and monitor team revenue achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the activation and onboarding of new client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure accurate credit allocation and consumption.
- Generate regular Account Management (AM) reports analysing client engagement and performance.
- Conduct data analysis on client activity to identify trends, improvement areas, and growth opportunities.
- Track client satisfaction, collect feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor client listings and ads to ensure compliance with company standards and optimise performance.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively manage account renewals and coordinate renewal activities with the sales team.
- Sell, cross-sell & up-sell bundles and listing packages over the phone to small existing or potential clients.
- Support the sales team in booking acquisition meetings and ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects.
- Ensure all client accounts are visited and properly managed by the sales team for relationship building and upselling.
- Support the sales team in achieving their sales and revenue targets, with CRM KPIs linked to overall team performance.
- Support tasks related to Sales Effectiveness (SE) projects, including target tracking and reporting.
- Communicate team performance updates and provide feedback, including handling client complaints, to SE and management teams.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role.
Knowledge:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Office, Excel or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of classifieds and online platforms is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to sell over the phone and assist in acquisition activities.
