Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of collection agents, ensuring they meet performance targets through training, coaching, and motivation.
Debt Recovery Strategies: Design and implement effective collection processes to maximize recoveries while upholding positive customer relationships.
Performance Monitoring: Track collection metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights to improve collection efficiency.
Handling Escalations: Address complex cases, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with debt collection regulations.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all collection activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements while minimizing risks.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine collection practices to improve efficiency and success rates.
Debt Recovery Strategies: Design and implement effective collection processes to maximize recoveries while upholding positive customer relationships.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 6+ years of experience in debt collection/DCA
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven expertise in debt recovery strategies and compliance regulations.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to drive team performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with collection tools and software to enhance operations.
