This manager-level position will lead the Arabic Cloud Competence Center (ACCC) in Egypt. The ACCC is dedicated to the delivery and growth of Oracle Consulting Services across the Middle East, Africa, and Greece, with a particular focus on Arabic-speaking countries such as Saudi Arabia. It encompasses all technical domains of Oracle Consulting Technologies, including Database & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Application Development & Modernization, and Security. The role is responsible for managing the three core pillars of the practice: people management, portfolio and delivery management, and sales enablement. It also includes profit and loss responsibility, as well as financial and expense management for the practice.
What you will do:
As a Consulting Practice Manager you will guide a delivery team in the implementation of Ad-hoc and complex technology solutions ensuring quality and timely delivery in the region of MEA & GR. As a people manager, you are responsible for the full employee cycle and team development whilst ensuring delivery and work closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations.

- Successfully understand and manage expectations throughout the implementation process
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and appropriate solutions
- Assure project delivery to approved financial targets (project margin responsibility)
- Ensure adherence to operational policies and methodology
- Managed project resources, budget, and finances
- Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
What you will bring:
- Your enthusiasm, love, and passion for customer success
- Experience managing consulting service groups in related technologies
- Outstanding client-facing skills. History of building relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties. Demonstrated ability to interact well at the “C” level.
- Accountability for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice. Bid and proposal management including estimation
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex technical architecture
- Proven ability to lead a distributed team of Consultants of different levels of seniority
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently on time and on budget
- Language: Arabic as native language (or extremely fluent), fluency in English
