We’re looking for a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our People & Culture team at Nawy. This creative individual will be at the heart of our internal storytelling — creating daily impactful content that inspires employees, strengthens engagement, and elevates our employer brand across all platforms.
You’ll be the voice and visual eye behind Life at Nawy, owning everything from content ideation to publishing. Creating meaningful internal and external campaigns, designing engaging visuals, and bringing our culture to life in every post.
Own and manage all Life at Nawy platforms – from Ideation to daily execution (LinkedIn, Instagram, internal platforms, etc.).
Ideate, create, and publish engaging content that showcases employee experiences, culture moments, milestones, and internal initiatives.
Build and manage a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent alignment with company-wide campaigns and events.
Design high-quality visuals (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.) using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with People & Culture and other teams to gather stories and amplify voices across the company.
Supports employer branding campaigns that drive awareness, pride, and connection.
Continuously monitor engagement metrics and apply insights to improve future content.
Keep a pulse on trends in design, storytelling, social media, and internal comms — and bring fresh ideas forward.
Requirements

Strong visual eye and design skills — someone who knows what looks good and how to make it work across different platforms.
Very Good storytelling and copywriting skills in English and/or Arabic.
Comfortable with design tools (Canva is a must; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro is a plus).
Confident managing multiple content formats (static, video, stories, carousels, etc.).
Organized, self-motivated, and creative — you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for culture, people, and using content to make an impact.
Photography and video editing skills.
Prior exposure to tech or startup environments is a plus.
