Location: Nestlé Head Office (50% travel required all over Egypt)

Main Purpose of Job
To ensure the execution of contract manufacturing plans in the country in accordance with Business requirements, whilst ensuring full compliance with Nestlè Corporate Standards and Guidelines.
Key Outputs
1. Sourcing Management:
- Identify and validate potential contract manufacturers (new or existing) for a particular product. Leads the manufacturing capability assessment process, including coordination of required assessment and audits, and ensures selection of best option.
- Support establishment of Confidentiality Agreements and Contract Manufacturing Agreement while assisting price negotiations under the leadership of the Procurement.
2. Operations Management:
Sourcing and Availability of Materials
- Participate in relevant supplier selection and approval in collaboration with Coman
- Ensures RM/PM availability as per agreed stock cover at coman site to avoid out of stock situation
Coordinates between Nestle factories and coman sites to ensure supply of RM/PM or Semi-Finished products where applicable
Manufacturing
- Oversee and manage contract manufacturing routines to ensure execution of Nestle production as per agreed standards and ensure adherence to Nestlé principles and policies as well as local regulations including compliance to Quality, Product Safety, SHE and applicable Regulatory Requirements.
- Review and approve GMP at coman linked to production SOPs, validation protocols, line release, industrial trials, transport and storage tests, change management, batch records, testing records, etc
- Support execution of I&R and localization plans at coman sites and propose Operations Model following most cost-effective way
- Provide support in driving alignment between Nestle planning and Coman production execution
- Monitor daily production activities of Nestlé products to ensure on time and in full delivery of agreed plans
- Ensures that mid- and long-term capacity plans are reviewed based on latest demand planning. Ensure action plans are put in place to manage any unbalance between demand and supply.
- Coordinate Capex execution at coman either for new product technologies or manufacturing/compliance improvements or capacity expansion
Supply
- Plan and execute inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency for Nestle products
- Monitor and verify routine QA releases to avoid deviations and ensure physical dispatches of FG from coman site to Nestle DC or export"
3.Communication and Continuous Improvements:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with coman site Leadership including General Management, Production, Quality, Planning, R&D, etc
- Promote timely and effective communication between Nestle stakeholders and coman related to the daily Routine Operations
- Ensure coman certifications are up to date and audits are performed on time and inform relevant stakeholders
- Define and lead process improvement initiatives with coman aiming to improve quality, cost and service
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in production-related activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Excel and other accounting software
- Line management with demonstrated capability to lead a group
- Solid background in FMCG industry
- Project Management involving cross functional teams
