Role in A Nutshell
We're elevating the role of CRM at Thndr and this is your chance to be part of this transformation from the start! We’re looking for someone who will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders within Thndr to design campaigns that target both new users and existing users with the aim of having an incremental impact on Thndr’s hero metrics.What We're Looking For
Stakeholder & Project Management: You’ll be managing relationships across teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes handling multiple projects, setting timelines, and managing resources effectively.
Data-Driven Strategic Thinking: You need to be able to analyze complex data sets to inform your CRM strategies, and optimize campaigns based on measurable outcomes.
Creativity & Growth Mindset: You need to have an innovative approach to CRM campaigns, with a focus on driving user engagement and growth.
Process Design & A/B Testing: You need to be skilled at process design. You need to have experience setting up A/B tests and using insights to continuously improve CRM tactics and user experiences.
Hiring Process
Our hiring process will be as follows:
- Analytical Screening Assessment: Candidates will be receiving an analytical assessment to evaluate their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Panel Interview: Candidates who passed the assessment will be invited for a panel interview, allowing us to explore their experiences, skills, and alignment with our values.
- Case Study: A hands-on case study will be shared with those shortlisted at the end which will provide an opportunity to demonstrate their practical knowledge and approach to real-world scenarios.
