Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social mediaAssist customers by providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism
Log and update all customer interactions in the system clearly and accurately
Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, etc.) to solve customer issues
Escalate unresolved or complex cases to supervisors when necessary
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout all customer interactions
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in customer service or any customer-facing roleFresh graduates are welcome to apply
English language proficiency at a minimum of B1 level is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations professionally
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills; familiarity with customer support software is a plus
High school diploma or higher education (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
