About the role:
The candidate will assist various internal stakeholders to monitor, improve and predict
business performance across multiple service lines using advanced analytics. You will work closely with Management team, Internal Compliance & Services teams to evaluate performance efficiency and maximize ROI on all engagements, projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage various technologies and data analytics tools to streamline the collection,
modeling, calculation, accurate assessment and reporting of large data sets
- Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc reports to senior leaders across all
business verticals through business reviews (Power BI)
- Modernize the supporting infrastructure and deliver flexible solutions to end-users
- Analyzing, evaluating and challenging both current and future business processes and
application architecture to improve aggregation processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related major.
- 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in business intelligence, consulting and/or
finance
- Advanced Power BI skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional problem-solving mindset, with the ability for interpreting and translating
results, trends, and takeaways to team members, and executive leadership with
varying levels
- Inquisitive, highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record for executing large
projects with little information and direction.
