The Mission
We’re looking for a performance-focused digital marketer who knows how to run and scale YouTube Ads — our primary channel — along with TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.
You’ll lead end-to-end paid social strategy:
→ Launch high-converting campaigns
→ Continuously test and optimise
→ Turn intrigue into real adoption
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale YouTube ad campaigns (core focus)
- Manage paid campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta
- Work with UGC creators to produce scroll-stopping content
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Optimise performance weekly using analytics and clear KPIs
- Help build one of the most exciting new consumer brands in years
You Bring:
- Proven success running YouTube Ads and short-form video campaigns
- Experience scaling DTC or consumer tech brands
- Expertise in paid social strategy, targeting, and retargeting
- A portfolio of ads that drove actual results
- A creative and data-driven mindset — you think in hooks, headlines, and ROAS
