About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Document Control Manager to join our AQM Project team in Sheraton, Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the document control function, ensuring proper management of all project-related documentation in compliance with company standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the project document control strategy and procedures in alignment with corporate standards.

Manage the flow of project documentation (incoming/outgoing, internal/external) to ensure timely and accurate distribution and archiving.

Oversee the use of Aconex as the primary document management system and ensure all stakeholders adhere to the system protocols.

Monitor document submissions, approvals, and returns to ensure compliance with deadlines and version control.

Lead and supervise the Document Control team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.

Liaise with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, and Client teams to facilitate smooth document exchange and resolution of issues.

Maintain a secure and organized digital archive for easy retrieval and audit readiness.

Qualifications and Experience:
