The Coordinators in the Early Careers and Campus teams are essential in driving our talent attraction strategies, supporting an effective recruitment process. Through building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, our Coordinators’ aim to find the best talent in the market.
Key Accountabilities
What you will be doing:
- Managing account specific activities such as requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offer and onboarding
- Supporting virtual and/or F2F Assessment Centres if required – candidate and HM communication prior to the event, scheduling activities, event facilitation or co-facilitation support
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e. pre-employment screening vendor) and other account stakeholders
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
- Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team
Skills & Experience
What you need to know:
Critical Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Previous professional experience in a related campus-related position or in administration.
- Strong customer focus, proactive and positive approach.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and individually.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written communications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment
- High proficiency in English
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Working knowledge of recruitment technology and systems
- Providing solutions on out-of-scope task and consulting to senior coordinator/leads
