Egypt LCL Operations Agent

Key Responsibilities
- Approve income entries of the files and/or invoices via the system.
- Provide customers daily, weekly, or monthly follow-up reports.
- Follow up on operational processes and resolve issues with foreign offices.
- Identify root causes of cargo profit/loss and report findings to upper management.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of registration processes.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience to our LCL clients.
- Proactively identify potential issues and mitigate risks; ensure quick resolution of raised problems.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across origin and destination offices.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
- Track cargo status and update relevant stakeholders accordingly.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and customer-specific IOPs, and monitor related KPIs.
- Act as the primary customer contact and advocate customer needs within the organization.
- Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end shipments by coordinating with customers and internal teams.
- Secure accurate and timely invoicing to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gaining insights into their business needs, expectations, and goals.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience, specifically in the LCL business & LCL product operation.
- Previous experience as a forwarder co-loader or in agency operations is a plus.
- Perseverance, with a strong sense of initiative and action-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Military service completed.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications to prepare presentations and management reports.
