Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems for our desalination and sewage treatment projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects and work with a team dedicated to creating sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for desalination and sewage treatment plants.
- Perform electrical load calculations, system modeling, and analysis to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil and mechanical engineers, to ensure project success.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, layouts, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction and operation phases.
- Provide input on energy-efficient solutions and innovative technologies to optimize plant performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial or plant electrical systems, preferably in water treatment or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, NEC, and IEEE.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on-site as needed for project execution and support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant certification.
- Experience with renewable energy integration in plant operations.
- Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and automation technologies.
