Job Purpose:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Study responsible zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Man-hours requirements
- List based on project priorities and time schedule and review from Area Manager
- Supervise sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site Manager in order to tack necessary actions
- Prepare inspection request
- Coordinate with Quality control department schedule of inspections / tests and take any corrective action if required
- Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles raised to be solved
- Supervise subcontractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied
- Preparation of subcontractors' invoices and QS
- Handover to site consultant
- Communicate and work with technician team to meet project deadline and company quality level
- Represent the company at the highest level of professionalism and technical knowledge
Job Skills and Abilities:
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of experience
- BSc of Engineering - Electronics/Computers/ Electrical major
- Previous experience in construction field
- Strong technical knowledge in earthing lighting, UPS, electrical wiring devices, isolating switches, power panel boards etc
