This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The position is located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will manage day-to-day tasks including handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product information, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representative skills
- Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Fluency in English (B2 level)
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
