Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled English Trainer to develop and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping students of various proficiency levels improve their English skills in all key areas: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Delivery:
- Design and implement comprehensive, structured lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to students' needs and proficiency levels.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including multimedia, games, and role-playing.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters confidence.
- Student Assessment and Feedback:
- Assess students' language proficiency and progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and oral evaluations.
- Provide timely, constructive, and personalized feedback to help students identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Curriculum Development:
- Adapt existing curriculum and develop new materials to meet specific learning objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest English language teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and industry best practices.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate regularly with students to address their questions and provide academic support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and, in some cases, parents to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development workshops, and other school/company events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification: A recognized teaching certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is often required or preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an English Trainer, Teacher, or a similar role. Experience teaching diverse age groups and skill levels is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English (both spoken and written), with a deep understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- The ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A passion for teaching and a genuine interest in student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom management.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
- Specialization in a specific area, such as Business English, Academic English, or exam preparation (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).
