Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to promote Health and Wellness Products (Keto-related)
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Document all leads and customer interactions accurately in the CRM
Candidate Profile & Requirements
University Graduates or individuals in a Gap Year
English fluency at C1 level is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in outbound call center sales
Work Schedule & Shift Details
Work Days: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Shift Timing
Start: 4:00 PM
End: 1:00 AM
Break: 1-hour dinner break
Compensation Package
Base Salary: EGP 13,000 (Gross)
Attendance Bonus: EGP 500 (Gross)
Transport Allowance: Approximately EGP 1,100 (Gross)
Commission Structure: EGP 100 (Gross) per confirmed sale
Training & Onboarding
Training Duration: 5 working days
